Last Thursday, CTS Europe were given the Queen’s Award for Enterprise by the Lord Lieutenant of Hampshire, Nigel Atkinson, on behalf of her Majesty the Queen, in a morning ceremony at CTS headquarters.
The event was held in recognition of the Lab Bubble portable fume hood and the company’s outstanding achievement in innovation, and was also attended by the Lord Mayor and Mayoress of Portsmouth as well as CTS staff.
On the day, Sean Codling, CTS Managing Director, thanked the staff for their contribution towards the company’s success and said:
“We should be very proud of what we have achieved up to now, we started 9 years ago with three of us… and now, we’ve officially been told that as of yesterday, we are £4 million turnover company”.
For CTS, it is an honour to have received such royal recognition. CTS look forward to continue growing the business and developing the Lab Bubble further.
